Eligibility

By using our website or purchasing our services, you represent that:

  • You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

No quote, proposal, consultation, or estimate constitutes a binding agreement until accepted by both parties.

Pricing is subject to change until accepted in writing.

Client Agreements

Many of our services require a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work, invoice, subscription agreement, maintenance agreement, or service contract.

Where a separate agreement exists, that agreement governs the services provided and will control if there is any conflict with these Terms.

Payments

Payment terms are established in your proposal, invoice, subscription, maintenance plan, or service agreement.

Failure to make payments when due may result in:

  • Suspension of services

  • Suspension of website maintenance

  • Suspension of SEO services

  • Suspension of Google Ads management

  • Suspension of Google Business Profile management

  • Delayed project completion

  • Collection efforts

  • Recovery of legal fees and collection costs where permitted by law

All outstanding balances remain the responsibility of the client.

Recurring Services

The following services are generally offered on a recurring monthly basis:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Local SEO

  • Website Maintenance

  • Google Business Profile Management

  • Google Ads Management

  • Digital Marketing

  • Marketing Consulting

  • Monthly Website Support

  • Other recurring subscription services

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, these services continue until properly terminated.

Thirty (30) Day Written Notice for Cancellation

Clients wishing to terminate recurring services must provide a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice before the desired termination date.

Written notice must be submitted by email or another written method approved by Web Trending Solutions.

Services and billing will continue throughout the required notice period.

The client remains responsible for:

  • Monthly service fees during the notice period

  • Outstanding invoices

  • Previously approved work

  • Third-party costs incurred on the client's behalf

Failure to provide proper notice does not eliminate payment obligations.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.

  • Supply requested content, images, logos, branding, and materials.

  • Maintain ownership or legal rights to submitted content.

  • Respond to requests in a timely manner.

  • Review deliverables promptly.

  • Approve work within requested timelines.

  • Maintain access to necessary third-party accounts.

Project delays caused by client inaction do not constitute grounds for refunds, discounts, or cancellation of payment obligations.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement:

All designs, graphics, layouts, code, marketing strategies, reports, SEO recommendations, documentation, written content, workflows, templates, proprietary processes, and other work created by Web Trending Solutions remain the property of Web Trending Solutions until all outstanding invoices have been paid in full.

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers only as expressly stated in the applicable service agreement.

Web Trending Solutions retains ownership of:

  • Proprietary systems

  • Templates

  • Frameworks

  • Internal processes

  • Workflows

  • Methodologies

  • Know-how

  • Software

  • Pre-existing intellectual property

Client Content

Clients retain ownership of content they provide.

By submitting content to Web Trending Solutions, the client represents that they have the legal authority to use, reproduce, publish, and modify such content.

The client agrees to indemnify Web Trending Solutions against claims arising from unauthorized use of submitted materials.

Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Web Trending Solutions may display completed projects, screenshots, website designs, logos, branding, testimonials, project descriptions, and publicly available work in our:

  • Portfolio

  • Website

  • Marketing materials

  • Social media

  • Presentations

  • Advertising

Confidential business information will not be disclosed.

Website Grader Tool

Our Website Grader Tool is provided solely for informational and educational purposes.

Reports generated by this tool do not constitute professional advice and do not guarantee:

  • Higher Google rankings

  • Increased traffic

  • Increased sales

  • Better conversions

  • Business growth

  • Website performance

  • Search engine indexing

Results vary depending on numerous factors outside our control.

Search Engine Optimization

Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties.

Because algorithms regularly change, Web Trending Solutions makes no guarantee regarding:

  • First-page rankings

  • Specific keyword positions

  • Search visibility

  • Organic traffic

  • Leads

  • Revenue

  • Return on investment

  • Google Business Profile placement

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Google independently controls its products and services.

Airbnb hosting and management services are performed based upon information provided by property owners and Airbnb policies.

  • Airbnb platform changes

  • Guest behavior

  • Booking availability

  • Platform outages

  • Airbnb policy decisions

  • Property damage

  • Income fluctuations

Third-Party Services

No Guarantees

Web Trending Solutions provides services based on professional experience and recognized industry practices.

However, we make no guarantee regarding:

  • Revenue

  • Sales

  • Website traffic

  • Conversion rates

  • Advertising performance

  • Google placement

  • Return on investment

Business success depends upon numerous factors outside our control.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web Trending Solutions disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability
