2. No Guarantees

While we use best practices and professional expertise:

  • We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volume, leads, or sales

  • Marketing results depend on multiple factors beyond our control

  • No platform (Google, Meta, etc.) guarantees outcomes

3. Payments & Fees

  • All fees are due as outlined in invoices or agreements

  • Late or failed payments may result in service suspension

  • Client is responsible for all third-party costs, including ad spend, subscriptions, and tools

4. Intellectual Property

Company Property

All strategies, templates, designs, code frameworks, ad structures, processes, and proprietary systems remain the intellectual property of Web Trending Solutions LLC, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Client Content

Clients retain ownership of content they provide but grant us permission to use it for service delivery and portfolio display unless otherwise requested in writing.

5. Revisions & Scope

Revisions are limited to what is defined in the project scope. Additional requests outside scope may require:

  • Additional fees

  • Extended timelines

  • Written approval

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Web Trending Solutions LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the previous 30 days

7. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Web Trending Solutions LLC from claims arising from:

  • Client business practices

  • Advertising content

  • Platform violations

  • Intellectual property disputes

  • Legal or regulatory issues related to the client’s business

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private, except where disclosure is required by law or platform verification.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved:

  • Disputes shall be governed by the laws of Washington State

  • Venue shall be in Washington State courts

10. Modifications

Web Trending Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
