Digital Marketing Case Studies: Castañeda’s Cleaning
From One Residential Client to a Growing Cleaning Business
When Hulda Castañeda came to Web Trending Solutions, Castañeda’s Cleaning Services LLC had one residential client and no established online presence. She needed a professional brand, a website that introduced her services, and support connecting with customers.
Our work together became an ongoing partnership combining website design, digital marketing and hands-on business support as her company expanded into residential, vacation-rental and commercial cleaning.
-
I created her logo and website, implemented advanced SEO and structured data, and established her Google Business Profile. I also set up citation and directory listings to support a consistent business presence across the web.
Business cards, branded shirts and flyers carried her identity into her everyday work, helping connect her online presence with the services customers see in person.
Google Ads supported paid visibility, while Google Analytics and Search Console helped me monitor website activity and search performance and guide ongoing improvements.
-
I established her Facebook and Instagram profiles and provide ongoing social media posting three times per week. This gives Castañeda’s a consistent way to share its services, work and updates with potential customers.
I also manage Google Ads and Google Local Services Ads to support paid visibility and customer inquiries. Google Analytics and Search Console help me monitor website activity and organic search performance and guide ongoing improvements.
-
My work includes phone answering, appointment scheduling and invoicing. I help Hulda communicate with customers and coordinate inquiries, estimates and appointments so she can focus on providing cleaning services.
This support connects the marketing work with what happens after a potential customer reaches out.
-
During her first year working with me, Hulda’s typical residential workload reached approximately two houses per day. In the second year, it increased to four houses per day, six days a week.
During that second year, Castañeda’s also added eight recurring Airbnb properties and two commercial multi-unit facilities, each containing more than 100 units. Her commercial services cover individual-unit and common-area cleaning; facility size does not mean every unit is cleaned daily.
Based on my involvement in inquiries and scheduling, the business has typically received three to four estimate requests per week, with approximately 90% becoming booked jobs. These are my reported business estimates, not a website conversion rate, and results vary over time.
-
The supplied Google Analytics report for the last calendar year shows approximately 1,600 active users, an increase of 430.6% compared with the report’s previous period.
The separate 16-month Google Search Console report shows approximately 34,400 impressions and 463 clicks from Google Search. These represent search appearances and website clicks, not booked customers or Local Services Ads leads.
The supplied PageSpeed Insights tests recorded an SEO score of 100 on desktop and mobile, with performance scores of 88 on desktop and 75 on mobile. These are test snapshots, not Google ranking scores.
-
My work with Hulda continues through website improvements, SEO, citation listings, Google Business Profile updates, three weekly social media posts, Google Ads and Google Local Services Ads. I also continue supporting customer communication, scheduling and invoicing.
Castañeda’s progress reflects Hulda’s cleaning services alongside consistent marketing and operational support. Our partnership helps maintain her professional presence and the day-to-day systems behind her growing business.

Digital Marketing Case Studies: Kingan LLC
A Pro Bono Brand and Website Launch
Kingan LLC is a Covington-based moving business building its online presence. I created its logo, business cards, vehicle-magnet artwork, website and Google Business Profile, supported by SEO work to help customers discover its services.
Kingan is one of the two pro bono small-business projects I take on each year. I provided this work at no charge to help an owner who needed a professional presence but could not afford the support.
-
I developed Kingan’s black-and-gold identity around its slogan, “Move Like Royalty. Move with Kingan.” The logo carries across the website and business cards, with the back-of-card design also used for vehicle magnets.
Together, these materials give Kingan a recognizable identity wherever potential customers encounter the business.
-
The website launched approximately three months ago and introduces Kingan’s moving services, service areas and quote-request process. My work includes SEO and Google Business Profile setup, with ongoing attention to website performance and search visibility.
With no current paid-advertising budget, our focus is on developing Kingan’s organic online presence. Social media is a planned next step, not part of the work completed so far.
-
Kingan LLC is already receiving bookings through its new website, with customer reviews helping establish its Google Business Profile.
The supplied Google Analytics report shows 109 active users over the last 90 days. The separate Search Console snapshot records 328 impressions and 26 website clicks from Google Search. His Google Business Profile screenshot shows a 5.0 rating from nine reviews.
These figures provide an early picture of website activity, search visibility and customer feedback. They are not booking counts, and we are not attributing every booking to SEO.
-
Kingan’s story is still developing. The brand, website and Google profile are in place, while performance improvements and ongoing SEO work continue. The next phase will build on that foundation as we learn more about how customers find and contact the business.
-
My work with Kingan continues beyond the initial launch. I’m supporting his business through ongoing SEO, website improvements and Google Business Profile updates as we build on the foundation already in place.
In the coming months, we plan to introduce social media while continuing to review search visibility, website activity and customer inquiries. This partnership gives Kingan consistent, hands-on support as his business develops, with each next step guided by his priorities and what we learn along the way.

Digital Marketing Case Studies: Anita’s Mexican Food
From a Blank Truck to a Connected Food Business
When Anita came to Web Trending Solutions, she had a blank food truck and needed a brand and online presence for her Seattle food business. I brought those pieces together through logo design, a website, vehicle-wrap artwork, printed materials and online ordering connections. Completed in 2025, this project gave her a coordinated identity customers could recognize on the street and online.
-
I designed Anita’s logo and carried its red, green and black colors across her truck-wrap design, website, graphics and business cards. Matching loyalty-card artwork extended that identity into something customers could take with them.
The goal was to make each piece feel like part of the same business, from seeing the truck to browsing the menu or finding her online.
-
I built her website to introduce the business, showcase her menu and help customers find their next step. The project included connections to online ordering, including Clover, DoorDash and Uber Eats, giving customers ways to order beyond visiting the truck in person.
Her website also provided a place to learn about catering and contact the business with inquiries.
-
Alongside the website, I handled SEO, Google Business Profile setup, indexing work and analytics setup. I also created social media accounts to give Anita additional places to introduce her food and connect with customers.
The supplied search screenshots show her website, Google business listing and DoorDash listing appearing online. These illustrate the business’s visible presence rather than a measured before-and-after increase.
-
Today, I regularly see Anita’s business drawing long lines of customers. It is rewarding to see the brand I helped create become part of a busy food business serving the Seattle community.
Her food and customer experience are central to that story. My contribution was building the branding and digital tools that supported how customers could discover the business, explore the menu and place an order.
-
This was a branding and website project rather than an ongoing marketing-management partnership. After completion, Anita took over managing her website and online presence. This case study highlights the work delivered at that handoff; the live website may reflect later updates.
Digital Marketing Case Studies: Premium Build Services
From No Online Presence to a Professional Contractor Brand
When Premium Build Services came to Web Trending Solutions in 2025, they had no logo or online presence. They needed a way to introduce their business, showcase their services and give potential customers a place to inquire about projects. I built their brand and digital presence from scratch, bringing together website design, SEO, business profiles and advertising setup.
-
I created their blue-and-silver logo and used that identity throughout the website. I also made blue work shirts with the logo on the left chest, carrying the same branding into their day-to-day work.
The result was a consistent identity for Premium Build Services, whether a customer encountered them online or in person.
-
I designed a website to present their remodeling and construction services across King and Pierce counties. Service pages and project galleries give visitors a way to explore their work, while contact options and inquiry forms make it easier to take the next step.
The launch included SEO, indexing work and analytics setup, giving the business a foundation for search visibility and a way to review website activity.
-
Beyond the website, I set up their Google Business Profile and social media accounts, optimized their Yelp presence and set up Google Ads. These pieces gave the business multiple ways to be discovered and helped connect potential customers with their website and contact information.
This was setup work rather than an ongoing advertising or social media management agreement.
-
Premium Build Services is receiving website form submissions, and the feedback on their Google Ads has been positive. Their supplied Google profile screenshot also shows a 5.0-star rating from 31 reviews, reflecting their customer reputation at the time of that screenshot.
These are encouraging signs for a business that started this project without an online presence. Form inquiries are not the same as booked jobs, and no specific revenue or lead-growth totals are claimed here.
-
After the initial launch, Premium Build Services chose to return for updates rather than enroll in ongoing management. They come back approximately once a year when they need changes, allowing us to build on the website and brand already in place.
This project shows how a small business can establish a professional brand and the essential digital tools to support customer inquiries, with additional help available as its needs develop.
Digital Marketing Case Studies: Aaron Electric LLC
From Full-Time Employment to Building His Own Electrical Business
Aaron left his full-time job to start Aaron Electric LLC and chose Web Trending Solutions to help build his brand and online presence. What began with a new website and logo became a full-service, ongoing marketing partnership supporting his residential electrical business across Tacoma and Pierce County.
With his website approximately two months old, Aaron is already receiving regular website inquiries alongside leads from Google Local Services Ads. His progress reflects both the marketing work behind the business and his commitment to taking opportunities seriously, including smaller jobs.
-
I created Aaron’s logo and website, bringing his services, project examples and estimate-request options together in one place. Dedicated pages for Tacoma, Spanaway and Gig Harbor support his local service areas, while SEO, structured data, indexing and analytics form the technical foundation behind the site.
Our work also includes directory and citation listings, Google Business Profile management, promotions, profile content and review responses. Rather than treating these as disconnected tasks, I coordinate them as part of his ongoing marketing support.
-
Based on our business records and follow-up, Aaron completed paid electrical work from all 171 leads represented in the supplied Local Services Ads report. This completed-job total is reported by Web Trending Solutions, rather than measured by Google’s advertising dashboard.
Aaron did not pass over opportunities simply because a job was small. He put in the work to turn inquiries into service appointments and completed electrical work. That follow-through is an important part of his business’s growth.
-
For July 1–October 23, 2026, his Google Local Services Ads report shows:
171 charged leads
15,704 ad impressions
95.51% top impression rate on Search
39.48% absolute-top impression rate on Search
These figures describe paid-ad activity and placement, not organic search rankings. The advertising report covers its own selected period and should not be read as results from the website’s first two months.
-
SEO is another part of Aaron’s marketing strategy. His supplied three-month Search Console report shows approximately 2,460 impressions and 24 website clicks from Google Search.
Selected local searches have also shown first-page visibility, based on my observations. Results vary by query, location and timing, so this is not a claim that every service ranks on page one.
His separate quarter-to-date Google Analytics report shows 86 active users and 298 views. These describe website activity, while the regular form submissions provide another way for potential customers to request help.
Current lead volume is approximately 5–10 inquiries daily across sources, based on business-reported activity. This current estimate is separate from the historical advertising totals above.
-
Aaron’s supplied Google Business Profile screenshot shows a 5.0-star rating from 37 reviews. His workmanship and customer service are central to earning that reputation. My role includes keeping his profile active, responding to reviews and supporting the online presence customers encounter when researching his business.
-
Aaron receives ongoing, full-service support from Web Trending Solutions. Our partnership includes website improvements, local SEO, citations, business-profile content and promotions, review responses, analytics, indexing and Google Local Services Ads.
As his business develops, I continue coordinating the marketing and digital work while Aaron focuses on serving customers. This is not simply a website handoff. It is an active partnership built around supporting his business over time.
Reporting note: Completed jobs and current daily inquiry volume are reported by Web Trending Solutions. Advertising, Search Console, Analytics and review figures come from supplied screenshots with different reporting periods. Results are specific to Aaron Electric LLC.
