Web Trending Solutions LLC – Termination Policy

This Termination Policy explains how services with Web Trending Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may be ended by either party.

1. Client-Initiated Termination

30-Day Written Notice Required

Clients may terminate services only by providing thirty (30) days’ written notice via:

  • 📧 Email: webtrendingsolutions@gmail.com

  • ✉️ Certified mail to the Company’s registered business address

Verbal requests, phone calls, text messages, or social media messages do not constitute valid notice.

2. Billing During Notice Period

All services, subscriptions, advertising management, SEO work, hosting, directory listings, and consulting remain active and billable during the 30-day notice period.

The client is responsible for:

  • Monthly service fees

  • Advertising spend

  • Third-party platform charges

  • Software or subscription fees incurred on their behalf

3. Early Termination of Contract

If services are terminated before the completion of a signed contract term (including 12-month agreements), Web Trending Solutions LLC reserves the right to:

  • Charge an early termination fee, and/or

  • Invoice the remaining contract balance, as outlined in the signed service agreement

No early termination releases the client from outstanding financial obligations.

4. Termination by Web Trending Solutions LLC

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately, with or without notice, if:

  • Payments are late, declined, or unpaid

  • Client violates advertising platform policies (Google, Meta, etc.)

  • Required business verification or licensing is not provided

  • Client provides false, misleading, or illegal information

  • Client engages in abusive, threatening, or unethical behavior

  • Continued service presents legal, financial, or reputational risk

No refunds will be issued when termination results from client breach.

5. Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • All outstanding balances become immediately due

  • Access to services, dashboards, campaigns, and deliverables may be revoked

  • The Company is not responsible for loss of rankings, traffic, leads, or ad performance

  • Third-party services may require up to 30 days to fully discontinue

6. Survival of Obligations

Payment obligations, intellectual property rights, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions survive termination.
