At Web Trending Solutions, we value transparency, professionalism, and long-term partnerships with our clients. To protect both parties and ensure smooth operations, the following policy governs all marketing services provided by Web Trending Solutions.

1. Client Eligibility Requirements

Before engaging in marketing services, all prospective clients must meet the following conditions:

  1. Business License Verification

    • Clients must provide a valid and current business license before services can begin.

    • Web Trending Solutions reserves the right to deny services to businesses that cannot provide proper documentation.

  2. Background Check & Google Verification

    • As required by Google’s advertising standards, all businesses must pass Google’s verification process.

    • A background check may be required to ensure compliance with Google’s policies, advertising regulations, and ethical marketing practices.

    • Failure to pass verification will restrict the ability to run campaigns on Google, and Web Trending Solutions is not liable for the denial of verification.

2. Service Agreement Terms

  1. Contract Commitment

    • All clients are required to sign a 12-month service agreement for marketing services.

    • The contract begins on the agreed-upon start date and continues for a full twelve (12) months unless terminated under the conditions outlined in Section 3.

  2. Scope of Services

    • Services may include, but are not limited to:

      • Website design & development

      • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

      • Google Ads management

      • Social media marketing & management

      • Directory listings & citation management

      • Digital marketing strategy & consulting

    • Specific deliverables will be outlined in the signed client proposal and agreement.

3. Cancellation & Termination Policy

  1. Notice Requirement

    • A 30-day written notice is required for cancellation of services.

    • Notice must be sent via email to webtrendingsolutions@gmail.com or by certified mail to the company’s business address.

  2. Processing Time

    • Subscription services, digital advertising accounts, and directory listings may require up to 30 days to terminate fully due to third-party platform processing.

    • Clients remain responsible for all fees and charges during the termination period.

  3. Failure to Provide Notice

    • If the client does not provide the required 30-day written notice, billing will continue until all active subscriptions and services are officially closed.

    • The client will remain financially responsible for all outstanding charges until the account is settled in full.

  4. Early Termination

    • Termination before the 12-month contract period may result in an early termination fee equal to the remaining contract balance or as otherwise specified in the signed agreement.

4. Billing & Payment Terms

  1. Payment Schedule

    • All services are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

    • Payments are due in full by the invoice due date.

  2. Outstanding Balances

    • Accounts with unpaid balances may result in the suspension of services until payment is received.

    • Clients remain responsible for any advertising costs, subscription fees, or third-party charges incurred on their behalf.

  3. Refunds

    • Due to the nature of digital marketing services, no refunds will be issued once services have been rendered for the billing period.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of marketing campaigns, clients must:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date business information.

  • Respond to requests for approvals, content, and feedback in a timely manner.

  • Maintain compliance with Google Ads, social media platforms, and any relevant advertising regulations.

6. Web Trending Solutions Responsibilities

Web Trending Solutions agrees to:

  • Provide professional marketing services as outlined in the signed client agreement.

  • Maintain compliance with advertising regulations and industry best practices.

  • Keep client information confidential and secure, except where disclosure is required by law or third-party platforms for verification.

7. Policy Acceptance

By signing up for marketing services with Web Trending Solutions, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Marketing Policy. This policy is binding upon contract execution and remains in effect throughout the duration of the service agreement.
